Across JCI's global network of more than 200,000 members in hundreds of Local Organizations, we observed how communities grow, collaborate and create impact. By combining these international best practices with research and practical experience, Communities by Design was developed to help organizations intentionally design stronger communities.
Communities by Design continues to evolve through international collaboration, workshops and research. Built on insights from JCI's global network the framework is continuously refined through practical experience in the Netherlands and internationally.
